The Journey Begins Within…

Welcome, beloved. My name is Sarah Elkins. Now allow me to introduce a deeper dimension of myself. The soul within this skin. To me, that’s LOVE’s Light.

My identity is not what you see, nor the words you read here, reflecting only a fraction of my being. I am not limited to my age, my body, my past, my personality, my accomplishments, or anything that has happened to me. While life has shaped the person before you today, it does not define the entirety of who I am.

I believe the same is true for each of us. No single title can fully describe a human being. We are so much more than the roles we’ve played, the beliefs we’ve carried, the successes we’ve celebrated, or the challenges we’ve endured. For me, we are human beings having both a human and divine experience, while the Divine experiences being human through us. I find that endlessly fascinating.

The beauty of it all. The joy. The miracles. The grief. The mystery. The paradox. The extraordinary privilege of being alive. As I often joke, we’re here embracing the insanity of humanity while elevating it at the same time. That curiosity has guided my entire life. Since childhood, I’ve been captivated by humanity, consciousness, creation, God, and the invisible threads that seem to weave together the fabric of existence. Long before I had language for any of it, I was observing life with wonder, asking deeper questions, writing, creating, painting, and listening for something greater than myself.

One of those moments came when I was fifteen years old, when I unknowingly created a prophetic painting that would later become a profound marker on my own journey. Looking back, I recognize it not simply as artwork, but as a reminder that life has always been speaking through me, long before I understood what it was saying.

Over the years, my path has taken me through profound beauty and profound suffering. What many call trauma, I have come to know as initiations—experiences that continually invited me to meet myself more honestly, more compassionately, and more completely. Along the way I explored many modalities, becoming a Reiki Master Teacher, earning multiple Theta Healing certifications, studying embodiment, sound, consciousness, and transformational practices from various traditions around the world. And yet one of the greatest realizations of my life came after learning them all.

Transformation is not found in endlessly trying to heal ourselves. It is found in remembering the wholeness that has always been here. This understanding reshaped everything. Rather than helping people spend their lives searching for what they believe is missing, my work invites people into direct relationship with what is already present. Into embodiment. Into awareness. Into participation with life itself. Into God.

I don’t believe spirituality asks us to escape our humanity. I believe it invites us to embody it more fully. We’re not leaving the human experience behind. We’re entering it more completely.

This understanding became the foundation of HUman Meets BEinG, a living expression of everything I have come to know through lived experience. It is not simply a business or a ministry. It is an invitation.

An invitation to explore what becomes possible when we meet ourselves beyond assumptions, identities, labels, or limiting beliefs. Through authentic conversation, sacred sound, writing, music, speaking, creative expression, shared presence, and lived experience, I create spaces where people remember what it feels like to truly be alive.

Not because I have the answers for anyone else. But because I’ve learned that some of life’s most meaningful moments arise when we become fully present with one another. My role is not to tell people what to believe. It is to create an environment where they can encounter themselves more deeply. Where curiosity replaces certainty. Where connection replaces separation. Where love becomes something lived rather than merely spoken about.

Today I serve as an author, speaker, facilitator, guide, and creator of transformational experiences devoted to bridging purpose, prosperity, legacy, emotional well-being, conscious leadership, and the sacred human experience through embodied presence.

Whether I’m speaking on a stage, facilitating a private session, sharing music, writing, collaborating with organizations, or simply sitting across from another human being in conversation, my intention remains the same:

To help people remember the beauty of being human. Because I believe your life is the masterpiece. Not someday. Now.

Every moment offers another opportunity to meet yourself more honestly, love more deeply, and participate more fully in this extraordinary gift we call life.
