All I have to say is this was an amazing experience. I have never had a reiki treatment done and I am very open to spiritual and holistic healing. I was lucky enough to meet Sarah at the mind, body soul expo in California. I was lucky enough to win a raffle for a free session with her. I went in with an open mind and place to accept healing. Traumatic events led me into a path of self-discovery. This path of self-discovery led me into HUman Meets BEinG certification.
This road has been narrow and very lonely. There hasn’t been a guide or a map, but leaning on my intuition and discernment. I hit a frustrating plateau that almost stopped me in my tracks. There was this part of me that I could not get past.
It required a special person to navigate and guide me through these muddy and murky waters.
Through the framework of her program, Sarah guided me into the freedom of having more self-love, being less self-critical, and learning how to better understand, balance, and express my emotions. Most importantly, she helped me shift into a deeper sense of presence and embodiment; where I could begin to feel whole as I am, rather than constantly striving for happiness.
Sarah utilizes her many skills, gifts, and talents. The most important one is her heart. She wants you to discover the transformation, maybe more than we do ourselves. That is very rare in this industry, where the well-being of the client should be first and foremost; oftentimes, that is not the case.
This program is paced to create tangible, life-changing results. These results are created in a loving, caring, and nurturing manner.
The only drawback is that I wish I had discovered this program at the beginning of my journey.
