All I have to say is this was an amazing experience. I have never had a reiki treatment done and I am very open to spiritual and holistic healing. I was lucky enough to meet Sarah at the mind, body soul expo in California. I was lucky enough to win a raffle for a free session with her. I went in with an open mind and place to accept healing. Sarah spoke with me in depth before the process and walked me through how it would be and what I am comfortable. She also spoke with me extensively after the session about questions from the experience. I felt so relaxed and so much lighter after this and as if I took a step forward in my path of healing. I will definitely see her again and I have recommended/referred her to friends and look forward to sharing my experience with others.
